Love/Hate: Being THE Party House

You know THE Party House. The one you can always count on to have people in it.

You know THE Party House. The one you can always count on to have people in it. The centrally-located, amply-stocked, always-decked-out abode of a friend or two. Summer drinks on the patio or balcony, impromptu dinner parties, and late-night after parties, THE Party House is a requisite for a young group of friends. 5 Things We Love About: Being THE Party House

  1. People! There are always people around to hang out.

  2. You can stock your fave snacks, booze, and things to do.

  3. No “going home” afterward—you already are home!

  4. Random, sometimes hilarious stuff gets left at your house.

  5. You get to create a happy, comfortable place for your friends.

5 Things We Hate About: Being THE Party House

  1. People! Sometimes you need a little alone time.

  2. Everyone eats, drinks, and does your favorite things.

  3. You can’t escape.

  4. Random stuff of yours seems to disappear—hey, where DID that salt shaker go??

  5. Cleaning that happy, comfortable place once everyone is gone …
